This Hitachi H7000 Scanning/Transmission Electron Microscope is a high-quality tool for medical and laboratory purposes. System comes with an H-7110 stem unit which can be operated in STEM, SEM, and EDX modes and is fully functional. The vacuum system includes a turbomolecular pump on the upper column and Gun areas along with an MKS vacuum gauge. System vacuum levels down to 10E-7 Torr range with LN2 within 8 hours of power on after being powered off for 3+ years. Historic vacuum level of this specific instrument with LN2 is 3x10E-7. System includes Bulk Specimen holder for SEM imaging. System includes three roughing pumps and air compressor.
No water chiller is included with the instrument. Customer must supply to operate the instrument.
All original Hitachi tools, manuals, and miscellaneous accessories are included.
