Shipping & Return

WE SHIP EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD

All purchases are typically shipped out within one to two business days after the payment has been received through the mail.When you place an order, we will provide you with an estimate of the shipment and delivery dates, taking into consideration the availability of the items you have ordered as well as the shipping choices that you choose.  Estimates of the shipping date may be displayed on the page that displays shipping quotations, but this will depend on the shipping business that you choose.Remember that many of the items that we offer have shipping fees that are determined by the weight of the item.  It is possible to find out the weight of any such item by looking at its detail page.  In order to comply with the requirements of the shipping providers that we use, each and every weight will be rounded up to the next full pound.

About delivery
Kindly deny shipping and notify us within twenty-four hours if packages are delivered in a condition that is not suitable for delivery.
First, before you sign for the packet, please make sure that it has been opened and checked as quickly as possible.  The items that are damaged or missing parts must be reported within twenty-four hours of the time that they are received.

Important Note
It is anticipated that the day of delivery will be typical; however, events that are not typical may occur, such as the customs officer opening the package to inspect it, severe weather, Christmas, and so on.  It is important that you do not feel concerned and get in touch with either us or the shipping business. We will do everything in our power to assist in finding a solution to the issue.

RETURNS
Send it back within thirty days to receive a refund or a replacement.
On the basis of our own discretion, we reserve the right to either replace or refund the value of the purchase.
In order for the customer to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA), they must initially get in touch with us.
Any item that is covered by a warranty must be returned in the same condition that it was in when it was arrived.
All things must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally received, including all internal components and contents.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; however, we will pay for the cost of delivering the replacement replacement.
