PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICING
We make every effort to be as precise as we possibly can.  On the other hand, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions or any other content on this website are correct, exhaustive, trustworthy, up-to-date, or free of errors.  Your one and only option for resolving any issues with a product is to send it back in a condition where it has not been used.  In the event that there is an error in price or for any other reason, we have the right to decline any purchase that has been placed.

RETURN POLICY
~ The deadline for submitting any and all return request forms is thirty days after the date on which an order was delivered.  After this time period has passed, any request that is made will be rejected.
There is a requirement that all things be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that is both new and resalable.
Items that are packaged in blister packs, which are thick plastic coverings that require the use of scissors to open, must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.  Because the item cannot be returned if the blister packing has been opened, the item cannot be returned.
Items that are classified special orders are not refundable, cannot be returned, and cannot be cancelled during the order process.  Custom paint colors on products are one example of a special order, but this choice is not the only one available.

Refunds will not be made on merchandise that is:
Fully or partially assembled
Not in new, resalable condition
Damaged due to use/mishandling by the customer
Authorized returns of non-defective/damaged merchandise will be refunded in full minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping. Shipping is non-refundable.
Restocking fees are waived if the customer places a new order of equal or greater value within 10 business days of submitting the return request form.
Returns must be shipped and the tracking number provided within 10 business days after we issue the RMA number to you.
We recommend that you use a shipping company such as UPS or FedEx that offers a tracking feature when making a return.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise advised.
If within 30 days the item(s) is not returned, you will be responsible for payment of the item(s), and your original form of payment will be charged as applicable.

Notification of defective/damaged products:
We strongly recommend that our clients inspect and test each product as soon as it is received by them before using it.  When you discover that a product is broken or flawed in any way, please let us know as soon as possible once you become aware of the problem.
It is important that you are informed that photographs of any damage will be made available.  You may submit these photographs to labequpments@gmail.com before they are asked, and be sure to include your order number in the subject line of the email.
We require that the package be inspected, and that any damage be reported to the shipping company within twenty-four hours of receipt. Additionally, we ask that the client include the word "DAMAGE" to the documentation that is used to confirm the delivery of the shipment, if at all feasible.
Before being shipped to you, replacements for items that are damaged or defective are subject to inspection after they have been received.  Once we have made contact with the warehouse, you will be sent with information regarding the shipment date of the replacement.
By the end of our thirty-day return period, any item that is damaged or faulty is no longer eligible for a refund; however, it may be covered by the guarantee provided by the manufacturer.  It is necessary to get in touch with the manufacturer in order to obtain any information concerning the warranty.

Unauthorized returns:
Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
Restocking fees are charged if the customer refuses a shipment without a return authorization number or prior approval.
Any undeliverable order which is returned to the warehouse due to either incorrect address or the customer not being available for delivery will be charged a reshipping fee and may incur additional fees as well.
Any order shipped to a freight forwarder is not eligible for return.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Purchases made through Lab Equipments are no longer eligible for returns or refunds once the thirty-day period has passed. There is no longer any authorization to return or refund these purchases.  Following this period of time, products may be covered by the warranties offered by their respective manufacturers.  There are rare cases in which manufacturers will, at their own discretion, offer replacement or repair services.  To make things easier for you, we are able to supply you with the contact information of the makers of your goods.
